Katie left engineering school when she was eighteen to get her real estate license. She is a licensed agent and has worked in real estate for twenty years. She has been with Dayna Simmons Real Estate for four years and works as the Listing Specialist, the agent responsible for listing properties when they are ready to hit the market. She is at the forefront of market analysis and negotiations. Katie has lived in Southeast Texas her entire life. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, remodeling homes, interior design work, and spending time with her two daughters and large family.
